Rylee’s McDonald’s Review: China

We took a bullet train from Shanghai to Beijing, and we found out that we could order McDonald’s to the train at some of the stops along the way! We thought this was a really cool way to order McDonald’s. The bullet train had four stops until our stop, each about an hour away from each other. We tried to order online for the first stop but we missed the cut off time, as they needed to prepare our order before we got there. Next, we tried to order for the second stop but we realized that they didn’t have a McDonald’s there. Then, we had to go super fast to catch the third stop and luckily we ordered in time! It was a long wait but, then at the third stop our food got delivered to us right at our seats! Brooklyn and I ordered grilled chicken sandwiches and a BBQ flavored chicken cutlet, with Coca Cola. Our dad ordered McSpicy chicken wings, with Crispy Veggie burger, and our mom skipped McDonald’s again and got a local meal from one of the food carts passing by.

Some differences were that they had a lot of chicken and the bullet train menu had no french fries!

Our meal

We had McDonald’s a second time for breakfast the day we went to the Great Wall of China, and we each got a sausage and cheese and a ketchup and egg breakfast sandwich, and Brooklyn and I got apple juice.
